We are an independent family run funeral service, dedicated to offering a caring, sympathetic and professional service at all times. Due to being a family run business we can re-assure you that you will only ever deal with Stephen or Suzanne at all times.
Stephen Collop originally trained and worked as a Funeral Director over 40 years ago. In 1997 an opportunity arose to purchase the Chapel of Rest at Kirk-lane, Yeadon. Stephen is very well known locally and wanted to provide a caring and personal service to the community, but even he did not anticipate the response. Due to the sucess, a second Chapel of Rest was then acquired at Newall Carr Road, Otley, where Stephen's daughter in-law Suzanne Collop is based. Suzanne trained and passed her Diploma in Funeral Directing in May 2009 with the National Association of Funeral Directors.
